How can I place an order?

How do I pay my order?
You can pay your order by wire transfer. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a purchase confirmation with our banking information and the instruction on how to transfer the funds to finalize your payment.
How do I get my invoice?
An invoice (VAT Invoice) will be provided within 5 (five) working days of receipt of full payment by email.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is sent, you will be able to track your order thanks to the tracking number in your customer account. A text message will also be sent to you when the package is picked up by the carrier. You will be able to modify the time slot or the address directly on the carrier’s website.
When will I receive my order?
The exact production period is indicated above the product pictures in the “Additional information” tab. We are doing our best to speed up the process.
How do I get a refund for my order?
Only new, unused and clean products will be refunded within 15 days after receipt of your package by our warehouse, via bank transfer to the same bank account that was used for the order.
How do I return the product from abroad?
You have a maximum of 15 days to return your order at your expense to the address communicated by customer service. As soon as we receive your return, we will proceed with the refund of your products. Please note that some products are non-returnable, notably the products made to customer specifications.
